Okhhhh I haven't done this for a long while sorry folks!

B: coffee, 1 ww toast with white cheese, oregano, cucumber, tomato
L: at Ruby Tuesday green salad, chicken casadia (spelling) one fried chicken strip with honey mustard! I know lots of fat and calorie!

I was in in Milwaukee all day for a class...

B) 1/2 ww bagel, fresh fruit
S) Protein bar
L) turkey breast, roasted red pepper, zucchini & yellow squash
D) small burger w/1/2 ww bun
S) wasabi peas
