Arrow 6/17/07, what have you been eating?

Well......

I feel ashamed to post since I'm not being good in my eating since the last weekend...

so....

I'm starting this post not to reveal what I have been pegging all the day..

but...

Maybe there are other good committed people better than I am and would love to share their good behavior with us

I'm sorry

tomorrow I promise myself I'll be back on track.
and will go to the GYM too..

Love,
Hanadi

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

((((Hanadi))))

Don't beat yourself up. This happens to everyone. The good thing is that you realize it, and will be back on track tomorrow. I know, before surgery, ANY type of negative emotion sent me eating. So pick yourself up, gather your thoughts, and start where you left off tomorrow!!!

At 10 mos post op I am now having to start looking at what I'm eating and adjusting my behavior but I have moments each day that I slip here or there. I try to tell myself I'm better of that I used to be and I'm addressing it. Hang in there and we will all do this together!

Hugs,
