B: 1 ww toast with scrambled egg, tomato slices, and 2 mini hot dogs
1/2 liter with crystal lite (lemonade)
S: Turkish coffee, peanuts
L: 2 ww kebba stuffed with ground beef, vine leave stuffed with rice
S: green tea with mint, very thin slice of vanilla cake.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
