7:00AM coffee
B: 3 Rye crisps with thick yogurt (labneh)
S: coffee again and green tea
L: 1 ww toast with low fat chicken salad, carrots, cucumber
S: green tea with K special cereal bar
S: instant veg soup, few forks of rocca salad with sun dried tomato, pine nuts, permisano
D: 4 tb sp rice with chicken, turkish coffee
