Goodmorning and Happy Friday!

What did i eat yestruday?

B-Half of a gutted bagel with tofu scallion cream cheese and and egg with cheese
S-Coffee with protein
L-nothing
S-Achieve one coffee drink
D-1/4 of a chilli taco and a few nachos with cheese
S-popcorn and a few wheat thins

Too many carbs yesturday....not enough protein. I will do better today! Have a great Friday. Yea its the weekend.

OKAY my day:

BREAKFAST: protein shake

SNACK: cheddar cheese and nuts

LUNCH: 2 rolled pieces of turkey and teaspoon peanut butter (naughty i picked while preparing the daycare lunches and then was full so that was lunch) and a handful of potatoe chips too ! shame on me

DINNER: taco meat, lofat sourcream, lettuce, tomatoe rolled on a cheese crisp

SNACK: watermelon and strawberries and a mouthfull of sugar free cool whip

took my supplements
drank plenty
and feel good
no excersise !

i was kinda bad yesterday, i had a big bad for me breakfast and then nibbled through the afternoon instead of having a good lunch so here it is
b-4 breakfast sausages, 2 eggs (scrambles with onion and cheese), 1 hash brown patti, 2 glasses of milk
s- (afternoon, in replace of lunch)- 20 multigrain cheese sunchips, about 15 olives, a handful of cheesies and 2 peanut butter cups
S- 1 pc 3meat pizza,(pizza crust, italian sausage, peperoni and bacon, tomatoe sauce, grated cheese

-i drank lots of water and about a half of a diet dr. pepper (can't stand pop anymore but was craving for some reason)

well, i hope you all did better than me

Hey guys, goodmorning. Just remember that we are not going to have all perfect days. That is why it is good to write down what you did eat, reflect on it and try to change things if you need to!

Just remember the most important things you can do is get in plenty of water{something i am still struggling with}and protein first always!

i guess i have to learn to eat protien but water is never a problem fo rm e i always have a bottle of the stuff beside me or with me even when i go out. i'm trying to learn to sip instead of guzzle and that
s hard to remember sometimes pre-op i don't have the threat of tossing it back up
