Arrow 7/2/07, what have you been eating?

I'm sorry for those who are following my 10 days Carb Detoc program. I can't do it anymore

I have been having Foggy mind/eyes for the past couple of days and I though that I should increase the water and I worked hard to do that but yesterday in the MFS aerobics class I blacked out, fall on the floor like a dead buffalo! It was a very weird feeling! I scared the other class participants eeehhh I'm OK now. So I decided to stop on the 7th day, I measured my weight yesterday I haven't lost on lbs but I think I'm losing inches. I'm OK with it, started to love the platuea's

OK so so far for today I have eaten the following

7:00AM american coffee with lite Coffee mate, 1/2 splenda, then a Turkish coffee with splenda
B: chicken low carb wraps
S: green tea with mint, turkish coffee
S: green salad, instant veg soup, 1/2 granola low fat apple bar
L: low carb wrap with green salad and chicken, apple

Later............

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hanadi, when was the last time you had a full medical follow up, blood pressure, blood labs, electrocardiograms, the whole works?
Fainting during exercise is not to be taken lightly, go talk it out with your dr immediately!!

DocSanea

Well I guess I did it maybe 3-4 months ago! and everything was fine. Maybe I should do a new one and PM it to like the last one.

My surgeon is very hard to catch that's what made me not to call him or maybe get to see him.

But yesterdays experience was something scary and new to me!. I'm taking all my pills and lots and lots of water, I was on protein diet. so I guess I was doing things right!

hmmm ?!

Don't procrastinate!
If your surgeon is hard to catch, find a PCP (primary care physician) who might not be familiar with the ups and downs of gastric bypass, but is willing to learn and work with you.
((((((HUGS))))))) Good luck with your drs.
