B-Scrambled egg with cheese and one mini sausage and 1/4 of a banana S-Coffee with protein L-1 slice of turkey and 1 slice of cheese rolled up with just a tiny bit of mayo and 1/4 cucumber S-Achieve one coffee drink D-baked chicken breast, about 2-3 oz...1/2 baked potato and salad S-popcorn Have a great day! | WLS Mentor | i didn't have a good day for eating properly yesterday, wasn't feeling well. so here it is b-a glass of milk l- a protien shake s-nothing s-celery with peanut butter and half a cucumber sure this is good for losing weight but not healthy. Oh and lots of water
