S-Coffee with protein
L-salad with tofu, chicken and cucumbers with a drop of ranch dressing and a couple of crutons
S-Coffee with protein/2 gram crackers
D-Half a chicken cutlet with half baked potato and 1/4 cucumber
S-Popcorn with 2 sugar free twizlers

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

okay didnt see these threads on the weekend....

BREAKFAST: protein bar

LUNCH: quiznos chile w/ melted cheese

SNACK: cheese sticks

DINNER: muscles 2, bite or eggplant rolatini, few ziti noodles, mouthful of macroni salad, a black olives

SNACK: watermelon, canteloup and strawberries

(dinner was out at a party and as usual i didnt tolerate the food. I personally experience trouble with foods that are premade and reheated and leftovers...)

took my multi vitamin
took my calcium and biotin
