Hello everyone, Hope you had a great weekend.

What i had yesturday

B-scrambled egg with cheese half banana
S-Coffee with protein
L-1/2 slice of thin crust pizza
S-Coffee with protein
D-left over chicken cutlet with cucumber
S-handful of wheat thins

Hope you have a great day. Dont know if i will make the 2pm chat today, two sick kids here have to get them to the doc.

b-shake
l=shake and banana
s=3 pcs celery and half a cucumber marinated in vinegar
S= baked skinless boneless chicken breast, 15 bussel sprouts
s=sugar free pudding
s=glass milk and banana

what i had:
b-coffee and protin
s-2 oz cc and 2 oz jello
l-the top of a slice of pizza just the cheese
s-ice pop
2 oz of pea soup
all vitamins and 32 of h2o and 20mins walking
