Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  7/21/07, what have you been eating? Heeyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy has anyone missed me  Thanks Michele for keeping this post up! You rock girls!! Well I was away on the beach for 2 nights!! my mom rented a beach house and it was a nice break for the weekend. I enjoyed it tremendously! I'll initiate a post with all the details later... I wasn't good with the eatings the past 2 days, had tones of chocolates! (shame on me!) I promise I'll be good! ( I hope in Malaysia as well!) so today I ate the following 7:00AM american coffee B: chicken low carb wrap, green tea with mint S: Turkish coffee, FF butter milk, instant vegi soup, 1/2 apple cinamon cereal bar, fresh pear. L: vegi rice with lamb, rocca salad S: turkish coffee D: Chicken taco salad, SF raspberry juice. S: fresh peach had almost 1 liter of water, I need to boost it up. My kidney hurts boohoo :~(
