Ohhhh Happy Birthday Judy, you're my precious girl!!

Today my daughter will turn to 4 years old, although she's dieing to be 5!!!! even if anybody asks her now how old are you she says 5!! hehehe if I were her I would take out a year and not to add one!! She's so desperate to become 5 because the GYM summer camp refused to accept her because they start from age 5! and she was so disappointed for that!

We won't celebrate her Big day today, instead I'll do it this weekend before we travel to Malaysia. One of my dear sister will arrive today from UK (summer vacation) and I was Jude to be surrounded by the whole family!!

OK so for today

7:00AM coffee
B: chicken low carb wrap
S: nutri-grain starwberry yogurt cereal bar, cucumber and carrot fingures, turkish coffee, fresh pear and cherries.
L: whole wheat oats with ground beef, green peas
S: turkish coffee
D: 2 felafel, ww bread with white cheese and tomato+cucumber (yum yum), fresh orange juice

1 1/2 liter of water (this is really a big challenge for me!)

It sounds like you have a fun few weeks coming up Chup. Isn't summer great? I'm leaving Wed. for Florida to visit one of my brothers and other friends & family there. I'm finally get a vacation!!!
