Hi all. Just wanted to share even though i will be sharing it tomorrow in my post. I really did not make good choices with food today and i am suffering the consequences. Well i started the day off good with my scrambled egg with cheese and half a banana. Then we were in the park and the kids wanted Mcdonalds so i went and decided on the salad . I usually get a salad and add 2 nuggets from the kids meals. I ate only a few bites of salad and one nuggets and felt terrible. When i got home i felt yucky. Later on in the eve i had an achieve one drink and did fine. Then for dinner we ordered chineese food{as you can tell we didnt do food shopping yet this week lol} i had 3 pieces of sesame chicken and half of a veg roll and threw it up about 5 min after eating it. That was about 4 30. I just finished eating some popcorn with 3 sugar free twizzlers and i am feeling crappy again. Im not complaining i know i made HORRIBLE choices to eat today just mad at my self for doing it. Oh well, grabbing some tums and going to finish watching my wonderful Rangers play the Islanders.
