Default Hi and Happy Wacky Wednesday What did you eat?

Hi All. Did not have a great eating day yesturday. Will do better today!

B-scrambled egg with cheese and half banana
S-coffee with protein
L-a few bites of mcdonalds salad and 1 chicken nugget and a few fries.
S-achieve one coffee drink
D-chineese food, about 3 pieces of sesame chicken and half of a veggie roll. Ended up bringing it all back up .
S-popcorn with 3 sugar free twizlers.

I got in 24 oz of water, still not good. I am going to really focus on everything today! How did you do?
