Good morning,

tonight I'll travel to Malaysia at 11:00PM KWT time, so wish me a safe flight.

8:00AM coffee
B: 1 WW toast with cheese spread and one flat tea spoon of raspberry jam
S: apple, 2 cheese block, diet coke, salted water melon seeds
L: rice with stewed beef with potato, 2 mini hotdogs (no bread)
S: rose water skimmed milk pudding (60 calories), strawberries, peanuts

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I am going to jump in here even though I am only 5 days post op.
B- 4 oz protein shake
L-3 oz mashed poatoes (instant) made with water and chicken broth
snack-4 oz protein drink
and of course sipping my chrystal light all day long. Went for a walk too.
