Good Morning!

B) Protein, NF yogurt, fresh fruit
L) Chicken breast stew w/rivels, raw carrot, celery & radish
D) Turkey breast, cole slaw
S) 1/2 PB,cheese & rasin on ww, lf wheat thins, grape tomato

Got my Unjury in yesterday

B: unjury Mocha protuccino =1 scoop chocolate unjury, 8oz skim milk, 1 tbls instant coffee shake shake shake 28g protein

S: 2oz my favorite looooooooooowfat chedder cheese 18g protein

L: 2oz chicken breast wizzed in the food processor/w/ 1scoop of Unjury chicken soup mixed with 4oz warm water(makes gravy) 27g protein

S: Rootbeer Float:8oz flat frozen rootbeer popped in the blender with 1 scoop vanilla Unjury 20g protein
