Goodmorning all.

B scrambled egg with cheese
s coffee with protein
l slice of pizza, almost the whole thing not good
d tuna on a slice of whole wheat toast with half cucumber
s popcorn and 2 sugar free twizzlers
and also had an apple with peanutbutter that i ended up throwing up anyway.

Alot on my mind and ate to much and made bad choices here, will do better today!

what i had to eat:

b-coffee and protin
s-2 cups popcorn
l-2 slice of ham cold cuts
s-applesauce 1/2
d-2 chicken wings no skin and 4 bites of mash potates.
