Default Good Saturday Morning What did you eat?

Hi everyone. Well i had my trip to Great Adventure yesturday and had such a great time. What did i eat?

B-Coffee with protein and in the car half of a crossant
L-1 chicken strip and a few fries
S-2 handfulls of popcorn and achieve one drink
D-corn on the cob
S-stallone pudding with half banana

Not bad for being at a park where cotton candy and lots of junk are at every turn! Havea great day.

OKAY so yesterday i ate:

Breakfast: protein shake
SNACK: cheese stick and few cheese it crackers
LUNCH: tuna salad on triscut crackers about 3
SNACK: power crunch
DINNER: chinese take out 1 steamed dumpling, 1 broccoli floret and 1 pc beef from the beef and broccoli! (sorry didnt stay down)
SNACK: healthy choice small bad popcorn shared with my son i was hungry being dinner didnt stay down
