7:00AM coffee
B: chicken low carb wrap, green tea with mint
S's: peanut, turkish coffee, carrot and cucumber sticks, 2 cereal bars, vegi's instant soup, gawava and cherry fruit salad.
L: 4 ts rice with chciken, mango yogurt
S: Lemon grass tea.

Later.......

I hate myself coz I haven't worked out for the past 5 days was with SIL at the hosp.

I know and I need to stop that but I can't!

I should drink water all of the day so I don't feel thirsty at my meal!

I need to work harder on my water, coffee, and carbs
