Goodmorning. Hope everyone had a great weekend. Sorry i havent been around much, weather gets nice and i get busy.

B scrambled egg with cheese and half banana
S coffee with protein
L left over thin crust slice of pizza
S strawberries
D chicken cutlet with melted mozerella and my sauce and half cucumber and a small piece of crust from a piece of italian bread.
S popcorn

I am eating to many carbs i know that, will do better this week.
