Default Labor day cookout~what did you eat

Hey everyone, i had a cookout this pass weekend and everything was great. i was able to prepare the foods that i can't have since i'm still on soft foods (almost a month since surgery) I went to the doctor and they informed me that i had lost a total of 29 pounds and that i was on the right track (eventhrough) I DON'T SEE THAT MUCH OF A Difference. Also, might I add that I incorporated my grilled Salmon to the menu and my family and guest loved it. We had a great time, it was my first time having a drink which i discussed with my doctor prior to doing that. He suggested that i have just on glass because i'm now consideres a cheap date ))) he's funny but i totally understood. I had a half glass of rum mixed with diet soda and i was ok i didn't have any problems and I did get a buzz quickly and that was enough... and enjoyable...... however, today i made sure I exercised.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
