| What are the best tasting protein shakes? I know I will need to take those to help with my hair loss too. And if they help and are easy to have, I'm all for it. I just hope they don't taste mediciney (hope that's a word).

Weight Loss Method Adjustable Gastric Band | My day always starts out with a Slimfast High-Protien Shake. (15g) There are others with higher protien but I find these the easiest to get down, they taste pretty good. About 2 hours later I have a few bites of crustless quiche Crustless Quiche Recipe I add onions and chop if the vegetables finely in a food processer, then instead of putting them in a pie pan, I bake them individually as cupcakes and freeze them so that they last the whole week. Lunch is almost always a vegetable based soup. If I'm lucky I also have a few bites of cheese or a few bites of a sandwich, but that is not the norm. Dinner is a few bites of whatever my family is having. Usually I have another protien shake or a glass of chocolate milk (reg. makes me gag) or some soft scrambled eggs, if I have had a hard time getting my protien down for the day. At least 5 days a week, I get a full 60 grams of protien in, it's rare that I get the suggested 80.

| Wow, see I didn't even know that Slim Fast had a high protein shake. I can probably handle that too.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Yeah, they are very gritty (to me). I actually liked the Atkins better than SlimFast. Also, there is Boost and Ensure that have the extra protein. |
