Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Sorry I didn't see your question sweetie Deb, no the salad was perfectly nice on my stomach in fact I enjoyed it yummi yummm. I tried the noodles ones and (ewwww Vomitted). Nothing is so deliecious in our quisine like the rice but I still don't have the gut to touch it in it's solid format, I had it in a soup. Yummi I crave the spanish rosito we have a dish similar to it in Kuwait called (Machboos or Kabsa in Saudi slang) hehehe Guys you will learn alot from my slang too

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | WOW... I'm amazed about the salad...you are powerful! The rice...that's another subject...Doc and Fr1endly2- Lisa told me that rice expands in your pouch and not a good thing for our young pouches. So, last night at the Japanese food restaurant....I stayed away! I SOOOO LOVE rice.... I'll look forward to be able to have it again, sometime.... But, I am approaching this and every day...with "kid gloves"...(- with gentleness - better discription for you. sorry.) I don't want to damage it and chance it before my pouch is completely healed. In pudding...and soup the rice is already expanded so not so bad for our pouches.~ Last night's japanese restaurant was fantastic...I had habatchi salmon, with grilled veggies...I did scoop out the inside of a spring roll...but didn't want to risk the outside yet. It was a great ! No sickness... great...
