
Hi everyone! Well i didnt have such a great eating day. Made some bad choices i think. Oh well today is another day.
6am coffee with protein
B scrambled egg with cheese 3 strawberries and half banana
L half of a mcdonalds cheeseburger with very little of the bread about 10 fries and 2 mozerella sticks

not very good
S a whole crossant with a little butter, i only wanted a taste but that is dangerous bec then i didnt want to stop and ate the whole thing

D baked chicken wings with lo carb teriakyi sauce and a corn on the cob
S some strawberries and half of a protein bar
SOme water but as usal not enough. I will do better today "I promise " lol
