| B- 3/4 slice cheese 3 low fat triscuit crackers crystal light (constantly sipping it through the day) L - baked potato D - not sure yet I'm actually glad this came up. I was wondering if I'm doing something wrong. I haven't lost any weight in a week. I am getting discouraged. Any advice??? Please HELP!
