Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I love seeing that you two have kept this part up! You two are soooo great. I miss chatting it up with you two like the old days....
Funny enough...it amazes me how much time we used to spend on this board....and now that we are getting skinny we spend the majority of our time in other places.

I sooo want to catch up with you both....
Kat, are you still working as the top chef?? for that co?? I think about you often - especially when I go to the restaurant at the MET (Metropolitan Museum of Art)....I go there every so often with my girlfriends...or on a rainy day.
The first time I ever walked in...it reminded me of YOU - yes, no doubt....it's what I imagined the first time you described
your workplace to us - earlier this year! (There were sooo many choices....gourmet foods...fun....yummy....same at the MET...) Anyway....

Here's for my day:
B- Protein shake
L- Spinach Salad with pecans & Gorgonzola & a steamed artichoke w/ a T. of butter.
S- cantaloupe

Tonight for dinner I'm smelling it right now....oooh, I'm slow cooking a roast, potatoes, carrots and onions....wow, one of my favorites for the fall.

Breakfast - 1/4 cup ff cottage cheese
Snack - 1/4 cup pureed peaches, canned not sugar added
Lunch - 1/4 cup of pureed chicken with low fat mayo
Dinner - going to have 1/4 cup of pureed chicken, with low fat mayo, 1/4 cup of refried beans.

In the morning I mix two scoops of body fortress vanilla protien with two cups of skim milk and shake up. I drink this throughout the day. With the skim milk it's 60 grams of protein.

i have been eating nothing but pr. shakes, apple sauce,cottage ch,refr beans,andmashed potato.im not suppose to eat nothing else until 5 wks.it shocks me how different everybodies diet is.is this normal?i sure am ready to chew something!
