Funny enough...it amazes me how much time we used to spend on this board....and now that we are getting skinny we spend the majority of our time in other places. I sooo want to catch up with you both.... Kat, are you still working as the top chef?? for that co?? I think about you often - especially when I go to the restaurant at the MET (Metropolitan Museum of Art)....I go there every so often with my girlfriends...or on a rainy day. The first time I ever walked in...it reminded me of YOU - yes, no doubt....it's what I imagined the first time you described your workplace to us - earlier this year! (There were sooo many choices....gourmet foods...fun....yummy....same at the MET...) Anyway.... Here's for my day: B- Protein shake L- Spinach Salad with pecans & Gorgonzola & a steamed artichoke w/ a T. of butter. S- cantaloupe Tonight for dinner I'm smelling it right now....oooh, I'm slow cooking a roast, potatoes, carrots and onions....wow, one of my favorites for the fall. YUM!!!

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Breakfast - 1/4 cup ff cottage cheese Snack - 1/4 cup pureed peaches, canned not sugar added Lunch - 1/4 cup of pureed chicken with low fat mayo Dinner - going to have 1/4 cup of pureed chicken, with low fat mayo, 1/4 cup of refried beans. In the morning I mix two scoops of body fortress vanilla protien with two cups of skim milk and shake up. I drink this throughout the day. With the skim milk it's 60 grams of protein.
