OKAY what did i eat mothers day:

BREAKFAST: 1 sunny side egg and bacon and nibbled a bit of corn muffin

LUNCH: turkey breast rolled up (2 slices)

SNACK: popcorn and it didnt hurt my pouch finally

DINNER: lobster tail, shrimp and corn cob
