S: Greek Salad ( 2 cucumbers, tomato, 3 black olives, Fita cheese, lemon juice, olive oil) Yummi

Had my Vitamins and Calcium
D: Fruit Salad (water melon, cantaloupe, pineapple) + cheese stick
S: 1 cup lite pop corn
walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes (3.4-3.9 km/hr)
