B. whole bran toast with lite cheese spread + tomato lettuce cucumber
30 min later water
10 minutes Taebo (felt pain in my wound, then stopped and weeped)

S: Banana
L: vegi+beef stew (not very nice)+ 1/4 pear +4 Canderel Almond chocolate coated
S: Hot Cocco with protien powder
30 minutes fat burner byking
D: 1 spoon of each (Hummus, Tabouleh, Motabbal), 1 Kabab
S: 1/2 scoop of sugare free soya chocolate ice cream

LUNCH: pop corn
