Smile Thursday What did you Eat?

Hi everyone. I am sorry i missed posting yesturday, i was really busy out and about. I also got some bad news about a friend from the other site Obesityhelp. My friend Tavia who has been through ALOT , 4 surgeries following her WLS with many complications is back in the hospital. I dont have alot of info at this time but please just keep her in your prayer for me.
CHuppy, thanks for keeping the posting for me going

6am coffee with protein
B scrambled egg with cheese strawberry and half banana
L Half of a white slice of pizza
3pm coffee with protein
D half a cheese quisadilla, some chicken breast and cucumber
S strawberries with sugar free cool whip

LisaMarie, I'm very sorry to hear about your friends bad news. May God give her health and fast recovery. And no problem sweetheart. I find writing down what I eat keeps me alert of what I get into my body and whether it's more or loess than what I need

OK so here is what I had so far
B: scrambled egg (1/2 egg couldn't do more)
Decaf Coffee with fat free coffee mate + protien podwer+splenda
S: Cheese stick
L: last night 1/2 Kabab leftover with green salad
S: Hot cocco with protien + 10 brigles crsips (bad choise, I feel guilty with the carbs)
D: 1 cheese quasadilas + 3 chicken nuggets + water
