It's tough to find fat free moz. cheese so I eat the normal ones I hope they're not bad!. I try to eat low carb, high protien lots of fruits and vegi's but I had to take a small carb portion (brown toast) at the morning coz I hate EGGS!!! and cannot think of anything else for the breakfast. Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I have raw vegi's without any problem at all! I chew it long enough that when it drops in the stoamch they don't disturb it! Maybe try the Greek salad (peeled off cucumber, tomato, chopped black olives, white cheese cubes, lemon juice, olive oil, salt). The secret in this salad that everything has to be chopped as consistant small cubes. It's yummiiii It goes fine in my pouch without a problem. I had trouble with rice I vomited it twice. Rice is a main dish in our culture. Popcorn gave me 3 of the most tough days!! I had it as a dinner (I had it before w/o any problem) but that particular time it was a nightmare! I suffered for the coming 2 days with sickness feeling and heart burn! I had problem with raw carrot, I guess my stomach is still can't handle bulky hard vegi's. But the cucumber and lettuce they're cool no problem at all.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I have raw veges too with no problems. My favorite that I can't have anymore is spaghetti as no pasta. I do make it with spaghetti squash but it isn't the same. My new favorite is soy nuts. I am addicted to them, although I watch I don't eat too many.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | the food i miss most...hard because I do have most foods post op out a year now just in very small portions. A thing i never did before in my life. I dont miss the sweets at all i guess those cravings are thankfully in control too...I gave up the diet soda way before surgery and dont miss it right now not sure why...odd but I guess i am missing salads. everytime i do the salad thing it doesnt sit well. FIGURES SO i guess im missing that.
