I'm not usually the one that starts this thread, but I haven't seen it today so I thought I would.
Anyway, here's mine:
B: 1 spoon scrambled eggs

1 oz. bacon
daily vitamins
L: chicken salad on a salad
w/ranch dressing (I ate about 1/4 of it)
and probably just a protein shake the rest of the day.
I also got in 64 oz. water.
