Talking Goodmorning! Sunday what did you eat?

Hi everyone. Nice day here in NYC sun is out, a little chilly but thats ok i dont think i am going to far today. My daughter had a high fever last night and hasnt been feeling well. My 4 year old isnt feeling to good either so its sick ward today. Anyway what did you all eat yesturday?

6am coffee with protein
B scrambled egg with cheese 3 strawberries and half banana
L mcdonalds salad, about a quarter of it with one nugget and 2 mozerella sticks
3pm coffee
S popcorn
D top of half of a slice of pizza with maybe 3 bites of the crust
S strawberries with sugar free cool whip

So how did you do yesturday? Have a great one.

I'm having disturbed stomach for the past couple of days either vomiting or heart burn. I'm not sure y! I called my doc he said your stomach is normal now so when you eat something greasy or has gas this might cause you heart burn just have any anti-stomach acidity like malox or something and take it easy. My surgeon is out of the country

B: one brown toast with scrambled egg and tomato slices
S: cheese stick, 4 gram hot cocoa
S: Cucumber and plain fate free yougurt salad
L: cucumber, lettuce, 3 table spoons white rice, Okra stew
worked out for 30 min's on the treadmill, byked for 10 min's, did some weight lifting but I was drained out couldn't do more!
S: 2 ts fat free sugar free chocolate pudding (Didn't like it much), cucumber
D: vegi soup, one small white bread with craft cheese spread.

Had my vitamins and calcuim
