Caffinated coffee with fat free C.mate and splenda
B: brown toast with lite cheese spread

L: 4 spoons of pasta with Italian chicken and mushrooms
S. cheese
Gave my work out a NOTCH. I walked/gogged for 1 hour (3.2-5.0 km/hr) I feel happy about my workout but not about myself
had my vitamins and calcium chews

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

was concerned with your blues CHUPPYGIRL!

breakfast: protein shake
SNACK: mixed nuts and cheeze its
LUNCH: 100 calorie micro popcorn (healthy choice kind)
SNACK: turkey breast slice and 2 pcs lo fat swiss cheese
DINNER: fruit salad and few pretzels

was a very bad day im a little stressed in my life right now.
HAPPENS!
took my vitamin B complex, 2 multi vitamins, and calcium citrate and carbonate...
