Ok Ive never done this but here goes:

Breafast: 2 slices of tureky breast and 2% cheese stick
Snack: Shelleys protien shake
Lunch: 3 meatballs and 1/4 cup green beans
Snack: 1/2 cup left over pork tenderloin meat
Dinner: hmmmm not a clue yet what I am cooking

YES I LOVE THIS THREAD ALSO. IM SO GLAD YOU GUYS MENTIONED IT.

KENYA HUN YOU BETTER GET AN ALARM CLOCK OR SOMTHING TO REMIND YOU TO EAT. ON THE BIGGEST LOSER LAST NITE- ONE GUY WASNT EATING ENOUGH CALORIES AND HIS TRAINER TOLD HIM THAT WAS THE PROBLEM WITH HIM NOT LOSING GOOD AMOUNTS OF WEIGHT. SO THIS WEEK HE MET ALL THE CALORIE INTAKE REQUIREMENTS (he upped his calories) AND HE ENDED UP LOSING 11 POUNDS

PUT ON THE REMINDER ALARM ON YOUR COMPUTER HUN. I DONT WONT YOU TO GET SICK WE NEED YOUR HERE
