Talking It's Tuesday, what did you eat?

8:00 coffee
B: forgot to take it at work
L: 4 shrips with tartar sauce, 1 small meat ball, 2 small bites chicken. 1 tbsp Baba ghanouj eggplant salad

Had my vitamins, anti acid pill and HairVit pill (the last 2 ones were prescirbied by my surgeon yesterday. for the last 2 weeks I was suffering from high stomach acitidity for the entire day. That ugly feeling killed me and to over come it sometimes I eat to mix the stomach acid with food and keep the stomach busy. that made it even worse. with the pills I fell lil better)

water water water

S: 4 g carb hot cocoa with protien powder

walked/gogged for 20 minutes felt so much tired

S: 4 handful of pop corn (too much)
1 table spoon peanut butter microvaed. I hate it when I ate crazy, unrelated things!

To be continued

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
