Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | B- about 3 small forkfulls of my son's western omlette (has ham, cheese, onion and peppers), 2 bites of his whole grain english muffin w/butter, about 3 small pieces of grilled breakfast potatoes (not fried). Overall less then 1/2 c of food. After i was done for a while, I tasted his hot chocolate (no whip cream) and I sipped on WATER, water, water! and also had my vitamins. l- 1/2 of a tomato-sliced, and a cube of cheddar cheese. More water. d- I plan to have about 1/4 -1/2 cup of lentil soup with fresh garlic, and grated locatelli cheese, and a few whole wheat elbow macaroni's in it. Water. s- I plan to have a small wedge of SF angel food cake with a TBSP of no sugar added fruit cocktail over the top of the cake. 1/2 c of decaf coffee with a drop of milk and 2 sweet n low. ** i think for my whole days worth of solid foods, i now consume about 1 & 1/2- 2 cups. Is this too much or just right? AM on i target? I'm figure I am getting in at least 45-50g each day of protein and about 40+oz of water. I know i need to increase the protein and water still- not as easy as i thought- lol!!

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I have unflavored 100% whey protein powder that (when home) i sprinkle on just about everything, and plus i still also do those icky shakes too!! No shots though. *Ohh- i did not put snack down-- i had a shake today also. Chocolate. But i hate it!! Measuring: Yes, i have "baby" cups &/or a small measuring cup and i put my food in there first and then put it all on my "big girl plate" LOL-- for when i sit down to eat with my family. But when i am eatting out (which is typically on a weekend), i now have a good idea just using my eyes of what my servings should look like, and also, i start with the protein first. This is good right? *hey, you and i have a similar shape--- which is nice because i get a "sneak preview" of how my shape might look when im in the 170's etc.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Good Girl Sounds Like You Are Doing Good. Yeah I Measure Everything In Measuring Cups, Spoons And On The Scale. I Tend To Use The Scale The Most Because Most LabELs I Read On Food Go By Ounces. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Natasha, Edie is talking about ProStat 64. It is pure liquid protein and I got it from CWI Medical. It is a good amount of protein in an ounce. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | YES HOSPITALS USE IT. IT IS ALSO GOOD FOR HEALING. 1ounce HAS 15 GRAMS OF PROTEIN WITH NO FAT, NO CARBS AND JUST 60 CALORIES IT DOESNT TASTE THAT GREAT BUT I JUST TAKE IT LIKE COUGH MEDICINE INSTEAD OF STRESSING ABOUT AN 8 ounce GLASS OF A PROTEIN DRINK |
