Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | B- 2 oz. sausage L- 1 oz. pork rinds (barbacued) D- Chili with pork rinds (barbacued) L- high protein pudding with carb free whipped cream from a can S- I am going to try some of my husbands thin sliced porkchop & Squash L- Protein shake (chocolate peanutbutter) As a rule when I stay home all day I usually have a protein shake, 2 to 3 hours before bedtime. If we go away for the day I have a protein shake for breakfast before we go or on the road I drink it. Then sometimes if I did not get enough protein in me I will also have a shake a few hours before bed. For me a shake is not so heavy before bed and I can sleep much better.
