Anyone got any suggestion as to how to get more calories in: B - 1/2 cup Kashi GoLean + 1/4 cup milk S - Mott's Apple - no sugar 1/2 protein vial added to bottle water L - 3 large shrimp + 3 oz whiting + spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms - steamed S - Dannon Light'n Fit Yogurt D - 1 cup homemade Chicken, veg and rice soup S - LiveActive Cheese + 7 1/2 Wheat Thins multigrain. 651 calories 14g fat 55g carbs 76g protein

She also told me to increase my carbs - I'd been avoiding them like the plague. Anyway - I've done as she asked (50-55%) but I'm left feeling fuller for a lot longer and that makes it difficult to increase my intake anyway! Given my activity level etc., I've got a target of 1440cals. Personally, I think that's high but I'm no professional so I'll do it her way. Talking of which - where is the Doc - maybe she can give us her take on how many calories we should be eating.
