L: stewed chicken with tomato, onion, garlic

ok so things didnt go as planned.
D:a slice of toast for dinner. ugh! i'll stick to the plan tomorrow i swear
S: 1.5 ounces tuna and light mayo

i feel like i dont have a lot of room in there today....

USUALLY WITH A CHICKEN CUTLET WHICH HAS A DIFFERENT TEXTURE THAN CHICKEN BREAST ON A BONE. SO CHICKEN CUTLET UP TO 3 OZ AND CHICKEN BREAST FROM THE BONE IM LUCK IF I DO 2 oz.

i think i can eat about that much if i eat just meat. if i eat something with it then less. i get the perdue breasts in the indivual bags with are all 6 oz breasts. i usually can only eat half. this cant be good

Salad Doesnt Take Up Much Room In My Pouch So I Usually Have A Little Room For A Tiny Bowl. But If I Eat Chicken Breast From The Bone Forget It I Dont Have The Room. I Def Like The Cutlets Better!!! They Sit Better And I Usually Have A Little Rm For Salad And I Really Feel Good When I Eat Salad

i havent tried salad yet. i would love to. i never really eat but in the summertime. im funny about "cold" foods. lol. but i would like to try sometime i think.

You Really Should Try To Eat Some Veggies Hun. I Love How They Make Me Feel And I Do Try To Fit Them In Somewhere. Once In A Very Blue Moon I Will Drink An Extra Protein Shot Just So I Can Have A Bowl Of Veggies.
