Talking Hi everyone, please respond....

Hi everyone. First thank you to Chuppy for keeping up my post when i cant make it. I was having trouble the last couple of days logging in here, my browser wasnt working right or something. I see that not many are responding to this thread anymore. I thought it was a helpful thread but i see people viewing it and not posting. Is there a better way you would all like this done? I dont know about you but i find it helpful to write down what i have eaten and reading it so i can account for what i put in my mouth. Very helpful tool. I also find it very helpful to see what others are eating to give me new ideas. But if i dont see much of a response i am going to discontinue the thread. So please let me know what you guys think ok, your opinions are very important to me.

6am coffee with protein
B scrambled egg with cheese 2 strawberries and half banana
S baby carrots
L cheese from a slice of pizza, no crust
S cheese popcorn
D slasbury steak, baby carrots and half cucumber , 2 bites of a corn on the cob
S sugar free cool whip, a little to much i felt sick,,,

not near enuff water

LisaMarie, I can understand how discouraging it is to you that not many people post in response to this. The site was down for a while yesterday, actually, which probably accounts for your not being able to access.
You know, if I were post op, I would post here (have to watch what I put in my mouth because my cholesterol level rose with my most recent physical ) but as is, well.
I do think it is good for everyone to list what they ate, because it makes you reflect on how you are doing, hold you accountable, and it also gives others ideas on what to eat, too, I think.
Just my two cents here, but I would like to see this thread continued, truthfully.

No problemo,
I had technical problem accessing the website too. I also had horrbile eating yesterday I had 2 regular (sugar rich) ice creams and I dumpped It's yuck! I was sick all night long.

anyway today I had
Coffee
B: cheese stick and protien bar
S: Cheese
L: Subway steak salad, and 2 bites of hubby's white steak sandwich
Chewable calcium. I have flu and i don't think that I'll workout or go to the Yoga class. AAACHOOOWW B~(
D: 30 g peanuts

Breakfast: sunny side eggs shared with my son
SNACK: pretzels
LUNCH: watermelon and deli ham slices
SNACK: 100 calorie bag popcorn (yep i finally tolerate)

Hey chuppy, i use the jay robb whey protein, its the only one i found that i liked and mixes well with coffee, no gritty taste. I use chocolate I get it in a local store here whole foods but he has a website as well. www.jayrobb.com
