Talking Good Morning, its Monday, what did you eat????

Hi everyone. Hope you had a great weekend.

7am coffee with protein
B stallone pudding banana with half a banana in it
L half of a mcdonalds cheeseburger,with just maybe 2 bites of the bread, 1 mozerella stick, few bites of salad and about 4 fries....
S popcorn
D 2 small meatballs with my homemade sauce and melted mozerella cheese
S Mango and 5 saltine crackers

Well my eating is bad again...TOM thingie for sure...i was stuck in the house with icky weather bored...so i did some bordom eating i am not proud of...

BREAKFAST: 2 egg ommelette with cheddar and bacon
SNACK: pretzels
LUNCH: protein shake
SNACK: watermelon and popcorn
DINNER: chicken parm, few strands whole wheat linquine, and crust to garlic bread of joshuas
SNACK: pretzels (again ekks)

BAD BAD day..
