I think some has to do with im okay at the weight i am at and i guess most of whats left needs plastics...not that i am sure my view on those. SO anyway what did i eat yesterday? (rather say what didnt i eat) breakfast: protein shake SNACK: watermelon, pretzels and few cheeze its LUNCH: chicken cutlet, nibbled whole grain bread SNACK: pineapple, pretzels DINNER: baked beans TOOK two multi vitamins TOOK my calcium and VIt B complex

| Good Morning, Another beautiful day here in WI. Tomorrow I'm off to Chicago for my 3 week checkup. Can't wait to get on the scale but not setting hopes too high. I had gained between pre-op and 1 week check. Up to walking a mile each day now. Doc says no other exercise yet. Maybe that will change tomorrow. I want to get in the pool next. B: 1 egg, 2 oz. cream of wheat & oatmeal S: 1 protein drink L: 2 oz. cold grilled salmon mixed with cottage cheese S: bite ground beef D: 2 oz tuna mixed with lt. mayo and lt. sr. cream 2 oz Cambells tomato soup made w/ff milk and chix. broth I'm about ready to get off from puree. Strawberries are looking mighty fine about now! Everybody have a good one. Kat |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I know for me my surgeon only had me walking the first three months... light treading of water i did last summer. REMEMBER your feeling well but alot of healing is going on internally. AND doing to much to early may cause hernia's! GOOD LUCK on your check up and i know the scale will reward you fine. THAT first little up was all the IV fluids in the hospitol happens to many good luck

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | So let's see for Wednesday I ate the following: B - yogurt with granola S - handful of pretzels L - Chicken salad S- cheese stick D - 1/2 bbq pork steak I also drank so much I couldn't begin to tell you how much. Full pitcher of SF Tang, about 6 bottles of water and then some SF Tropical Punch for the evening time. So I would say I was well over 100ozs!!!! Hope this finds you all well. Shelley

| I woke up to cottage cheese for breakfast, with some grape jc., I had some leftover homemade chili with about 2 table. of mashed potatoes, some apple sauce for dessert for lunch. Dinner was lazy and had a repeat of lunch with 2 s/s fudgecycles for dessert. I drank lots of fluids today which has been hard for me to keep up with now that I am back to work. It is nice though adding solids into my meals now, still a little learY on some things, taking it slow. I forgot about tuna!!! Need to give that a try. ROBBIN
