7:00 coffee
B: whole wheat white cheese and vegi sandwitch
S: pumbkin seeds
L: Taboulah and 2 tbsp rice
S: popcorn and 4 g carb ice cream (Blue bell tastes yummi)
D: Greek salad with white cheese and green olives. (Yummi too)
Had my suplements and medications
1:45 minutes machine and hand/back relaxing massage. She did my shoulders and neck very well!! She's so good to the extent I was so much sleepy when she's done, on my way out I was that far from hitting the glass wall thinking it's clear space heheheh. I looked so silly! ;D
