Default Dust, Dust go away...Sunday, what did you eat?

LisaMarie you always complain from the rain!!! come and see the dust stormes we have here in Kuwait!
Allergy problem is everywhere!! My 2 lil girls just recovered from Flu, and now they started coughing again because of the dust!!!

Anyway this is what I ate today:
7:00 COffee
B: Whole wheat cheese and vegi sandwich
S: cheese stick and turkish coffee 1/2 a banana
L: McDonald's left over just 1/2 of the sandwich and had it out. My stomach didn't take it. 4 cherries, 2 plums.
S/D: popcorn, 1 small spoon peanut butter, 2 sugar free candies (I'm eating like a pig too, I feel sick but cannot throw up!)

want to workout but I hate to drive in this red weather!
I might byke at home, my treadmill is still broken. Somebody from Sears should come tomorrow to check it out!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

WOWWWW congratulations I didn't read the rest of your post well. I'm very happy for you!!!!!!!! Good for you Pp~
Do you feel satisfied with the target your surgeon sat for you?
My Surgeaon didn't actually set a weight figure but he said that I can guarantee you that your BMI will be below 30! which with my hight will be around 110kg (~242 lbs) I was really discouraged by that number to be quite honest!. He said the rest will be all yours!! The more committed you're to your healthy food and exercise the more you'll loose! SO I set a target for myself!! I want to become 70 or 65 kg (154 or 143 lbs).
I don't like to become skinny I like the curved sexy full figured bodies. the latino body shape if you know what I mean hehehehe
I will be very thrilled to see myself in that weight objective in 1 and 1/2 year time this will be my ultimate happiness!

Tell me how do you feel in your achieved goal day?

LisaMarie,
Congratulations. You must be on top of the world. I'm still at the stage where I believe that the WLS will help but don't know if I trust, if that makes any sense. I've let myself down so many times...You must feel like a dandeline puff!!! Good for you.
Any way, here's my food from yesterday.
2 oz. cream of wheat w/ 1.5 oz. lt. ricotta
protein drink
1/2 boca burger, 1/2 c. cambell's tomato soup
2 oz. tuna, 1t. lt. mayo, 1.5 t. lt. mayo, 2 saltines
chocolate protein shake with 2" banana
Everyone have a good day!
Kat

Kat my dear I had the same doubts when I first did the surgery. Now I've lost ~37 lbs and I just started to believe in it. Sometimes I say if I haven't done the surgery and eat/exercise like now I would definately loose weight the way I'm loosing now!! but the question would I be full quickly?! it's true this procedure has helped me a lot not to feel hungry and get full quickly.
Hang on there, sooner you'll believe in your new you
Keep up the good work sweetheart

Thanks everyone, it feels good to reach this goal, i think when i reach my personal goal i will really feel it. My tattoo is going to be dolphins in some kind of tribal art on my lower back. Dolphins symbolize freedom and grace and playfullness all of what i am feeling with the loss of all that extra weight. I will take pics when i finally get around to getting it. It will prob be later on in the summer, i need to focus on starting my new job and getting settled on routines first. Thanks for all your kind words and support.
