and a handful of peanuts
S: shelleys protien shake with a banana mixed in
L: not sure, meeting a friend, maybe a salad with grilled chicken
S: 2% cheese stick and some beef jerkey
D: chicken that is cooking in the crock pot wiht low fat cream of
mushroom soup. maybe some peas with it if I have room.

I am eating bad bad bad. I got the cravings today for bad foods so I am trying to eat cravings that are not sooo fattening. I am tryinggg, well here goes.

Breakfast--sugar free fudge about 3 oz.(BAD)
Dinner-----1/4 cup Candied carrots made with butter and diet brownsugar
and 1/4 cup chocolate cream of wheat. A handful of unpeeled
patashios.
Lunch------Left over chocolate cream of wheat that I could not eat at
dinner, about 3/4 cup
Supper-----3/4 cup of chili I had frozen a while back
Lunch------Protein drink with a cupful of milk(undecided what flavor yet)

See isn't this a bad day of eating for me. Just had to give into my cravings today.

Oh by the way I forgot to mention I got 91 pounds off. I have weight myself a few times lately and it is staying at 91 pounds. Just 4 pounds to get my Christmas wish. But if not that is ok too, I am just tickled I got one of the five pounds off!!!!!!!!!!
