What did you eat yesturday?? 6am coffee with protein B scrambled egg with cheese half banana and 3 strawberries S popcorn L almonds and 1/4 of a potato kinish/nibbled on kids pretzle S popcorn D 1/4 of baked chicken breast with sauce and half cucumber S saltine crackers I am eating way to many carbs i think, i will behave today...... Have a great day.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  | It's dusty today too.. I walk out side with my mouth shut, my firend talked to me today and when I answered her back ended up spiting all the dust and sand from my mouth!! I looked so goofy head! This is what I ate since morning: 7:00 coffee B: whole wheat cheese and vegi sandwich S: cheese, peanuts and turkish coffee L: shrips and tartar dip, taboulah, 2 tsp sweet corn S: 4 g carb Blue bell ice cream (J'ssssss It hot here!!) D: 5 forks from hubby's instant mushroom noodles, 1 small fried hotdog (baaaad I'm having lots of carbs a day!) I need to start behaving!
