6am coffee with protein
B scrambled egg with cheese half banana and 3 strawberries
S popcorn
L almonds and 1/4 of a potato kinish/nibbled on kids pretzle
S popcorn
D 1/4 of baked chicken breast with sauce and half cucumber
S saltine crackers
I am eating way to many carbs i think, i will behave today......
