Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Goodmorning everyone....Sun is out today so that means so am I 6am coffee with protein B scrambled egg with cheese 3 strawberries and half banana L slice of whole wheat toast with melted american cheese and 3 peperoni 3pm coffee again S popcorn D 3/4 slice of thin crust pizza S strawberries with sugar free cool whip Hope everyone has a wonderful day.....Thanks again for all the well wishes for reaching surgeons goal. I weighed myself today and i am 129!!!! So close now to personal goal of 120 and for being considered "NORMAL" on those stupid height and weight charts. 123 would give me a NORMAL lol.... |

| Morning Lisa, Congratulations!! I was looking at my legs last night. I think one of them weighs 129! I can't imagine how good you must feel after all that work but I hope one day to. Here's from yesterday: 1 poached egg w/ff fetta protein drink w/gerber peaches home made chicken stock /pureed chix. green beans, & carrots 1T cottage cheese & 2 crackers Cambell's tomato soup w/a bit of cream of wheat and 2 T lf ricotta in middle 1/2 protein drink The soup thing might sound gross, but I made a thin cream of wheat then added the tomat soup, nuke that, then put the ricotta in cener and nuke that. The cream of wheat gave it a little texture and the tip of every spoon had a little ricotta at the end. Have a good one, Kat |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Good morning/afternoon/and here is evening 7:00 coffee with fat free C/M + splenda B: my regular WWCV sandwich S: Turkish coffee and peanuts S: Yellow apple and coffee again L: beef stroganoff, 4 bites of mixed fruit salad Had 1 1/2 liter water so far and got my medications/supplements I'm invited to my cousins engagement party, but I'll try not to go bazurk on my dinner eating
