I plan my meals for all day, I guess I have always done that even when my kids where at home I planed out my meals for all day and still I am in that habit.

Protein AND iron!!! How could I go wrong?? lol Not sure what I will have for supper yet. I WISH I was a "planner". It would make things so much easier! |
