Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I crave the cheetoes and the corn puffs. So when I go to town I only buy one bag of cheetoes and one bag of corn puffs. I try to make a bag last about a week or so, with my husband helping me. I try to buy them only about once a month so they are more or less a treat. I only ate potatoes chips once and they were from a real small sample pack, my husband and I shared them. That was almost a month ago and I really do not miss the potatoe chips at all. I hate to stay completly away from them I am scared I might splurge with them if I do not treat myself to them. Is that a right frame of mind for me? Kenyar I hope I am not stepping on your toes for posting, what did you eat today. I waited till late morning and then I just thought I might post it, is that is ok with you. Because I know you have done it for a long time and I love doing this. I get so many ideas from all of you. On Christmas Day in the evening and the next two days I am going to be gone. My husband is going to have knee surgery on both of his knees. We have to travel 165 miles for his surgery so we are just going to stay at our daughters place in Fargo, because their house has not sold yet. They said that we can stay their till we come home.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | no not at all. lol. chuppy used to do it and then she went on her pilgrammage (i believe) so i started. i dont mind at all. most of the time i forget to eat until i see someone else posting it then i start! lol. as for the snacks, i get the reduced calorie ones because the fat in the real ones make me dump; otherwise i would get them. i dont believe in depriving yourself of a little here and there otherwiseyou will go nuts and eat the whole bag lol. |
