What did you eat today Dec. 31
B--Fried beef liver and onions- this settles so good on my pouch, I have had this the last few days.
D- Chili-I missed the lunch between breakfast and dinner becasue I had breakfast about 9:30 this morning.
L- Yogart and a handful of nuts
S- bacon 2 slices and protein drink with my hot coco I use my cho. sugar free hot coco and I mix the chocolate peanutbutter protein powder in a little cold water and then add it to my hot coco. Oh is this drink yummy.
L- I will have the last of the liver and onions
