Sorry i have missed a few days, been crazy around here. I am starting my new job on monday and posting is going to be a little difficult. Chuppy if you would like to keep it up for me i am sure nobody will mind.

7am coffee with protein
B plain oatmeal with half banana and 3 strawberries
S sausage from mcdonalds
L cheese off of a slice of pizza
S popcorn
D chicken cutlet and half cucumber
S grapes

Off to baseball and softball games and the waterpark.

Please try to keep this post up even when i am not around. It is so important to alot of people. Love you guys...........

OK here are my logs for yesterday and today

Friday June 16, 2006
7:00 coffee
B: whole wheat cheese and turkey sandwich (was so much into the schlumberger training course that I forgot to compelete my breakfast)
S: cheese, peanuts, 1/2 banana
L: 4 tbsp hareesa, 2 small pizza's glass of water
S: 4 small cups of arabic coffee, one small candie
D: 3 light butter milk and chips (I know I suck!!!!)

Today I tried to behave
7:45 Butter milk
B: 1/4 my fav. WWWC&V sandwich with coffee
L: 1 1/2 chiken kabab's and 1 tbsp hummus, 2 tbsp green salad
water water water (Cannot do more than 1-1.25 liter!) it's getting darn hot here and I know I need more!
S: 2 handful of light popcorn and chewable calcium as a desert
D: suger free chocolate/banana pudding, 4 cherries, one small peach

I feel pissed of my treadmill is still out order in Sears workshop. I'm thinking seriously to join a GYM (is it so much expensive out there to subscribe in a GYM, single membership ( 350KD/3 months ~ US$1050/3 months)
UUUGHHHHH I hate myself my weight loss moves very slowly!

Hey Chuppy, you are doing great. Don't be so hard on yourself. I'm thinking of not weighing myself till I go back to my doc in Aug. Once I start weighing I won't be able to quit. We'll see if I can hold out.

L 2.5 oz. wp tuna w/1.5 t lt mayo
protein drink w/gerber 1 peaches
1/4 c. sweet potato
1T green beans
2oz. chix
40 min. walk
